Once you sign up, you'll complete an in-depth health questionnaire, covering your dieting history, lifestyle habits, nutrition habits and preferences, any special conditions or current life phases, amongst other questions, to provide you with your most comprehensive plan tailored to YOU. 

You'll not only receive a custom plan developed to your unique needs and goal, but you'll also receive guidance, motivation, meal inspiration and accountability check-in's from me, Dani, as your coach throughout the 28 days in our live coaching calls and in the private community.

Each week, we'll be building on essential, KEY habits to seamlessly weave them into your daily routine. Yes, you will have daily and weekly goals to hit.

Who is this challenge for?

  • Anyone ready to commit to their health for 28 days with a goal fat loss, lean muscle development, body recomposition, or simply wanting to live a more balanced lifestyle. 
  • Someone looking for a more flexible approach to achieving their goals, that doesn't require eliminating foods or food groups.
  • Both the macro newbie and the seasoned macro tracker are welcome. This program is for all experiences and levels! 

 

Who is this challenge not for?

 

How do I get my custom macro plan and what goal will it be for?

  •  You choose ONE goal (fat loss, body recomposition, muscle development, or building healthy habits) to focus on in this program, but I will teach you how to build on it throughout the program.
  • Once you sign up, you'll receive a link to complete your in-depth health questionnaire - this is what I use to create your plan! 
  • You'll receive your macros within 5 days of submitting your questionnaire. 

 

What is the Community and how will I use it?

  • You will have a built in community in your member portal, where we'll connect as a community, share meal ideas, participate in daily accountability check-in's, and more!
  • There will be multiple "channels" based on topics for easy navigating! 
  • You'll have 45 day access to this community, to stay connected even when the program is over.
  • You will not be able to directly message Dani in this chat, however you can post questions to the general group within the different channel topics in the community for Dani to answer on a daily basis. Any outstanding questions will be answered in the live coaching calls!

 

What will the calls cover?

  • These calls are for YOU. It's your time to ask me questions, get feedback on your progress, understand biofeedback and how to make adjustments when needed.. everything is on the table. 
  • All calls are in a group setting.
  • Calls take place at 4pm PST/7pm EST each Thursday beginning 4/25 and will be 60 minutes.

 

Will the calls be recorded?

  • YES! All calls will be recorded and saved to your member's area within 24 hours, so if you can't join live, you can catch the replay! 

 

Do I get 1:1 coaching with this challenge?

  • This challenge does not include direct 1:1 coaching, however I will answer your questions live on our weekly calls & in the community.

Are workouts included?

  • Workouts are not included, however I do provide recommendations based on your preferences and goals!
