Weekly Progress Check-in's
1x per week
You'll complete a weekly check-in form reviewing your macros, exercise, daily movement, lifestyle habits, measurements and biofeedback to assess week-over-week progress and make real-time adjustments to stay on course to hit your goals.


Private 1:1 Sessions
1 x 45 min session per month
Kick-off the program with a 60-minute deep dive zoom session, followed by monthly 45-minute 1:1 Zoom private sessions, and wrapping it up with an off-boarding call so you feel confident taking the next step beyond the program!
