Meet Ellie:
Ellie started following Dani on Instagram in fall of 2021 just as a way to learn more about nutrition and fitness. After a few months of following Dani, Ellie had introduced a step goal, water goal, and strength training to her habits which drastically changed her days while managing anxiety and wanting to be the strongest version of herself (physically and mentally). To take things a step further, Ellie worked with Dani at maintenance macros for three months in spring of 2022. Nearly two years later and the biggest change working with Dani has had on Ellie's life was the mindset shifts that come with making all of these lifestyle changes.
