Meet Dr. Mercedes Cook:
Dr. Mercedes Cook is an upper cervical chiropractor in San Diego, California. In her practice, she uses a highly specific and gentle adjustment technique to realign the neck to restore proper nervous system function and posture. She has completed the Diplomate of Cranial Cervical Junction Procedure post-doctorate program to make her one of the most knowledgeable doctors in the world on the cranial cervical junction area.
Her goal is to be a top specialist providing upper cervical care so her patients get the answers to their health and nervous system complications. She is extremely passionate about advancing the upper cervical profession and speaking on its behalf. Dr Mercedes received her first upper cervical adjustment at age 18 after having severe hip pain, anxiety and sleeping issues for 6 months straight. She had tried the medical route to fix the issue and nothing worked! Thankfully she was recommended to an upper cervical provider near her hometown for chiropractic care. This is the origin of Dr Mercedes discovering how the spine impacts the nervous system and posture and if we can keep the nervous system in balance by precise spinal care we can help people decrease their pain, anxiety, depression, digestive issues and so much more!
